This is a special curry, definitely not a midweek rush job, but it is worth both the time and effort if you’re wanting to make something special for your family and friends. I don’t have a lot of curry recipes any more and this one is exactly the way I want my lamb curry to taste. I really don’t want anyone else’s version.
