This recipe is good to master because it will make your life and rushed midweek suppers a whole lot easier. Get the prep right, stick it in the oven and you’re good to go. The flavours of mustard and curry in crème fraîche work really well with pork, fish or chicken, so you can use whichever protein you have available. You can also add basil or tarragon or chilli for added flavour if you feel like it. Remember to steam some vegetables and serve them on the side for extra goodness.
