Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon pickled ginger
  • ½ cup sliced spring onions
  • 220 g

Method

  1. Cut the tuna into small cubes.
  2. Mix the pickled ginger and spring onion with the tuna.
  3. Add 3 tablespoons soy sauce and stir well to mix through.
  4. Serve the tuna tartare with radish slivers and coriander.
