Ingredients

  • 100 g smoked snoek
  • 60 g cooked sushi rice
  • black sesame seeds

Method

  1. Debone and shred the smoked snoek.
  2. Roll the sushi rice into balls, then coat in seeds.
  3. Top the rice balls with a dollop of cream cheese, then the fish.
