  • 150 g salted snoek
  • baguette (or any good fresh bread)
  • mayonnaise
  • sliced

Method

  1. Debone and shred the salted snoek.
  2. Spread slices of baguette with mayonnaise.
  3. Top with snoek, tomatoes and a dollop of jam.
