Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, finely diced
  • ¼ cup cream
  • 2 egg yolks

Method

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the onion, cream, egg yolks, cinnamon, cumin, paprika and cayenne pepper.
  2. Put the mince in the bowl, season it and add the bread crumbs and parsley. Combine the mixture well.
  3. Shape the mixture into balls (a little larger than golf balls).
  4. Grease a baking pan with oil and put the meatballs onto it, spaced evenly.
