Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- ¼ cup cream
- 2 egg yolks
Method
- In a large bowl, mix together the onion, cream, egg yolks, cinnamon, cumin, paprika and cayenne pepper.
- Put the mince in the bowl, season it and add the bread crumbs and parsley. Combine the mixture well.
- Shape the mixture into balls (a little larger than golf balls).
- Grease a baking pan with oil and put the meatballs onto it, spaced evenly.
