The television show Sex in the City made “The Cosmo” drink famous. I call this version Rhubarb in the City because it’s a delicious, fun take on the vodka martini.

4 ounces Rhubarb Simple Syrup
2 ounces vodka

Method

Pour Rhubarb Simple Syrup, vodka, Cointreau, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well, strain, and pour into 2 martini glasses. Garnish, if desired.
