Samosas are usually made with meat or vegetables, but I thought it was time they got a makeover, so we made them with crab for the restaurant and tried them out on our unsuspecting customers. They were a huge hit and the comedian Sanjeev Bhaskar found them dangerously irresistible when we were filming Delhi Belly. Serve with Tomato and Chive Dip.
