  • 120 g medium oatmeal
  • 120 g plain flour
  • 60 g

Method

Preheat the oven to 190°C/gas mark 5.

Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend together, adding about 2 tablespoons cold water or just enough to bind the ingredients
