  • Flaky pastry (else ready-made) 1 roll
  • Whole fresh cep (porcini) mushrooms 8
  • Smoked duck breast

Method

  1. Brush the mushrooms and slice them thinly lengthways.
  2. Peel the shallot, sauté in the olive oil, add the smoked duck breast, cream and the slices of bread cut into cubes. Process this mixture, adding the walnuts.
