  • Smoked streaky bacon pieces 200 g
  • Garlic 6

Method

  1. The day before, soak the beans in cold water.
  2. Peel and chop the garlic with the thyme and olive oil. Make cuts all over the lamb leg and rub with this mixture. Wrap the leg in plastic wrap and keep in the refrigerator.
  3. Put the beans in a saucepan of water with the bouquet garni, onion, carrots, cut into rounds, and the bacon and cook for about 2 hours
