Use the leftover drumettes from the recipe; the drumette is the top part of a three-piece chicken wing, which looks like a mini chicken drumstick. This recipe is not cooked on the robata but in the oven.

Ingredients

  • 100 ml (scant ½ cup) kimchi or Sriracha chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp

Method

Place the kimchi or chilli sauce, aonori and salt in a bowl, add the chicken drumettes and marinate for 20-30 minutes in the fridge.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F/Gas mark 4).
