Method

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan. Add the crushed garlic and sauté over medium heat, then remove from the heat and allow the mixture to infuse for 10 minutes.

Bone the saddles of rabbit via the belly, taking care not to separate the two fillets.

Lay the saddles out fla
