Method

Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F/Gas 2).

Heat the butter in a saucepan and sauté the garlic over medium heat, until it turns a lovely nutty brown. Add the paprika and sesame seeds.

Slice the piece of pork crossways, so that it opens like a book and looks like a long rec
