  • 12 sea bream fillets, skin on and pin-boned

Method

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F/gas 5).

Put the garlic, black olives, anchovies and olive oil in a food processor. Blend the combined ingredients until smooth.

Cut the capsicums into large flat pieces and remove the seeds and membrane.
