Method

Combine the soy sauce, fish sauce, cardamom, aniseed and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large shallow dish and mix well. Marinate the tuna in the mixture, covered, for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Roll the tuna in the sesame seeds.
