Gharab Kohra no Patiyo

This recipe is one of the few that have been lost over the years. This can be put down to the scarcity and exorbitant costs of locating fish roe, and as a result, each generation has not had the pleasure of trying it. This delicacy—fish roe—was once thrown in when we bought fish from the fisherman, who goes from house to house selling fresh fish. Seasonally available, it is currently difficult to find. However, my purpose of documenting unique recipes remains in the hope that we will be abl
