Naryal na Doodh ni Curry

This curry is an ode to the abundance of fresh coconut palm trees that we were welcomed with on our arrival at the shores of Gujarat. We quickly adopted this fruit and learned how to use it in many ways. The coconut water, and soft and hard flesh. We prepared coconut milk from it, and this curry is prepared essentially from naryal nu doodh, which literally means coconut milk.
