  • 2 large onions, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons


Sauté the onions in the butter and oil until transparent, then add the cabbage and continue cooking for 15 to 20 minutes more, until the cabbage is tender but not browned. Stir in the remaining ingredients, mixing well. Let cool slightly before using.
