Ingredients

  • 2 medium onions, minced
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound

Method

Sauté the onions in the butter until soft but not brown. Stir in the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes more. Remove from the heat and stir in the remaining ingredients, mixing well. Let cool slightly before using.
