Very fragile and rich, these butter cookies are easy to assemble. While these are a Purim treat in Morocco, they are also quite nice with mint tea any day of the week.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups (3 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons orange-flower wa

Method

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. In a large bowl, cream the butter until light and fluffy. Add the orange-flower water and sugar and beat well. Gradually stir in the flour. On a lightly floured work surface, knead the mixture until the dough holds together. Form into walnut-sized bal
