Chocolate Sugar Cookies

Where there is vanilla, there must be chocolate! This sugar cookie dough is flavored with cocoa and is very easy to work with. Before rolling out the dough on parchment paper or a silicone baking mat in step 4, dust the surface with a little cocoa powder. The cocoa helps prevent the dough from sticking and gives the cookies a little extra flavor!
