Big Chewy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is my basic oatmeal cookie recipe. It’s been carefully crafted to combine the perfect chew with a thick and soft center. Here we’ll fill oatmeal cookies with lots of chocolate chips, both regular size and mini, so there are plenty of pockets of chocolate inside. Molasses adds a little something special, but you can leave it out if you don’t have any on hand. These cookies are unapologetically large and a home run every time.
