Cherry Almond Coconut Macaroons

I have to admit something: If I had to choose a favorite cookie, it would definitely be coconut macaroons. These infinitely chewy cookies take me back to childhood. Here I jazz them up with festive cherries and a drizzle of white chocolate. A food processor is necessary to really grind up that coconut (finer coconut pieces help the macaroons stay intact). And one more thing: macaroons know no seasons, so definitely flip to this page throughout the year!
