Easy Cinnamon Snowballs

When I posted a snowball cookie on my blog a couple of years ago, I loved reading all the names folks have for these cookies in the comments section! Russian tea cakes, Noel balls, Italian wedding cookies, butterballs, snowdrops . . . . While they may have a bajillion different names, one thing remains constant: these buttery and crumbly confections are downright delectable. In this version, I left out the traditional nuts and added cinnamon. And, you only need six basic ingredients.
