Not only are these peanut butter cookies completely flourless, they’re also gluten free, dairy free, and made with only five simple ingredients. Peanut butter is the base ingredient and really all you’ll taste. I use the crunchy variety for added texture, but creamy works, too! I prefer these cookies with coconut sugar, but you can use brown sugar instead. The recipe yields only 12 to 14 cookies and, trust me, you won’t want to share a single one!
