In this recipe for chocolate chip cookies, some of the flour and sugar are replaced with dry pudding mix. You can use any flavor pudding mix you want; pistachio happens to be my number one pick off the shelves. Remember to use only the dry mix in this cookie dough and not the add-ins that are required for making actual pudding!
