Everything deserves a spoonful of homemade caramel, and that most definitely includes cookies! This cookie dough is flavored with peanut butter and cocoa, but the situation doesn’t get outrageous until you roll the dough in crushed peanuts and top with caramel. Note that when making the caramel, it’s a good idea to wear kitchen gloves to protect your hands from any hot splatter.
