The trick to these cookies is to slightly underbake them, stick a few marshmallows into the top of each, and then place the cookies back in the oven so the marshmallows melt slightly. To secure the marshmallows on top of the cookies, drizzle with milk chocolate. Every chilly day needs a batch!
