Toasted S’More Cookie Cups

I can’t write a cookie cookbook without including one of the best flavor combinations on the planet: S’MORES! Here we’re switching things up and baking s’mores into cookie cups. The cookie cups are flavored with graham crackers, topped with an ooey-gooey toasted marshmallow, and finished off with a piece of milk chocolate. Best part of all? No campfire required!
