Espresso White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

I’m all about pairing cookies with a hot cup o’ joe in the afternoon, but what about adding that coffee flavor directly to the cookie dough? We explored this with Coffee Toffee Shortbread, but let’s kick up the espresso a couple of notches and add some sweet white chocolate to smooth out its flavor.
