Method

Having got that lot ready, perhaps you should have a little lie down before we start.... When you’re ready, blend all of the ingredients (bar the bay leaves) for the dressing together, then check the seasoning and add the bay leaves. Place the potatoes, beans, cauliflower, celery, asparagus, carrots and sweetcorn in a bowl, cover with three-quarters of the dressing and refrigerate overnight. Us
