Potatoes and taleggio

I cut out this tallegio recipe from a newspaper years ago and think that it came from Rowley Leigh. The recipe on the following page, Janssen’s temptation, is popular all over Scandinavia and calls for my favourite store cupboard item, anchovies. Neither dishes are vegetarian but both make interesting use of potatoes.
