  • 1 cup fresh blood orange juice (see Note)
  • Grated zest and juice of 1 lime

Method

In a blender, combine the orange juice, lime zest and juice, garlic, green onion, cilantro, oregano, mustard, and salt and blend on high speed until smooth, about 1 minute. With the motor running, slowly stream in the oil to emulsify.

Use right away, or transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. This mojo can be used as a marinade or dressing, add
