  • ½ oz. wild capers in sea salt
  • 6 oz. tuna loin
  • 1

Method

Rinse the capers in cold water. Chop the tuna, and mix with the capers, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, cilantro, salt, and olive oil. Slice the fennel, leaving the hard core attached so it does not fall apart.
