  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • -inch thick slices country bread
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

Cook the egg for 7 minutes in boiling water and shock in cold water. The white should be cooked through and the yolk should be runny. Once cold, the eggs can be peeled and held until serving. In a bowl, combine all of the chopped ingredients for the salsa verde. The sauce should be tangy and salty.
