Grilled Cheese Soup

  • 7 small onions, sliced
  • 5 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 5 cloves of gar

Method

On low heat, slowly sweat out the vegetables in a little bit of grapeseed oil. Add the baking soda and beer, reduce by half and add the chicken stock. Slowly add the cheese while blending the ingredients in a blender. Strain and add the Worcestershire sauce.

Grate ¼ lb. of Parmesan cheese
