Method
Mix together the Dijon mayonnaise ingredients. Slice bread in half. Brush both sides with mayonnaise.
Layer sandwich in the following order: chicken, tomato, provolone, bacon, then put in sandwich press till cheese melts. Do not let the bread burn.
