  • 1 roll
  • 8 oz chicken breast
  • 1 tsp. jerk marinade

Method

Gently pound breast. Season with jerk marinade. Let it stand in refrigerator for approximately 2 hours. Combine steak or jerk sauce, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise and ginger and mix well. Grill chicken for approximately 5 minutes on each side. Grill pineapple slices for 1 minute on each side. Spread guava preserves on one side of roll and then spread the sauce mixture on the other side. Pile on chi
