  • -oz. ground Kobe beef patties
  • 3 -oz. sesame brioche rolls

Method

Press ground beef into a inch ring mold to form the patties. Grill sliders to the desired doneness. Toast sesame brioche on a grill with olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread one side of each roll with spicy mayo and the other side with aji panca ketchup. Top sliders with shredded lettuce and tomato. S
