Combine ¼ cup (60 milliliters) thick tomato coulis with 8 ounces (250 grams) butter. This butter is excellent on all grilled foods and as a decorative finish for hot soups. Adding 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) good wine vinegar will enhance its flavor.
