  • 1 cup (285 g/10 oz) Greek yogurt

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine one cup of the flour with the Greek yogurt. Mix until it just starts to come together.
  2. Pour the mixture onto a lightly floured flat surface and knead with your hands until it fully comes together, adding the remaining flour as you are kneading.
