Ingredients: 10 oz (283 g) mini marshmallows; ½ cup (58 g/2.2 oz) cake mix (any kind works); 6 tbsp salted butter; 6 cups (180 g/6 oz) Rice Krispies (or similar) cereal; 5 tbsp cup rainbow sprinkles; 4 oz melted white chocolate for drizzle

Cake

Method

Over medium heat, melt the butter, then add the marshmallows.
Once fully melted, remove from heat and mix in the cereal, cake mix, and sprinkles.
Pour the mixture into an 8x8” or 9x9” greased or parchment-lined pan, pressing down slightly.
Allow to cool for 30 minutes before slicing.
