This recipe for a fragrant, spicy butter is inspired by one in Paula Wolfert’s book Couscous and Other Good Food from Morocco that caught my eye. It was given as a seasoning for grilled chicken, and I thought a similar blend would also be wonderful with vegetables, such as Baked Winter Squash, to stir into rice or couscous, or to sandwi
