  • walnut sauce (above)
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves

Method

Combine all the ingredients except the garnishes. Cover and refrigerate for an hour before using so that the flavors can develop. Serve garnished with a dusting of paprika and mint leaves.
