Thick and unctuous with a smooth, silky texture, this cream can be made in just a few minutes. It’s wonderful with fresh figs, poached pears, sliced peaches and nectarines, slices of ripe pineapple, blackberries, and raspberries. The special flavor of the honey you choose will come through. Thyme blossom honey from Greece and French lavender honey are both exquisite, especially with figs. I’m sure that Aristotle was reflecting on thyme blossom honey when he said that honey is “dew distilled
