Chocolate-Chestnut Log

This fudge like log takes only a few minutes to assemble and a few hours in the refrigerator to set. It will keep easily for a week and would be just the thing for a large holiday party. Set on a platter and decorated with candied fruits and evergreens, it looks very festive. The canned chestnut purée can be found in specialty food stores.
