Crust

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup confectionerssugar
  • ½

Method

Heat the oven to 400° F. Combine the flour and confectioners’ sugar for the crust in a medium bowl. Cut in the butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press the dough into a 9" × 9" baking pan.
