  • About

Capture the fresh flavors of summer’s ripe berries by choosing your favorite combination of berries. I like to bake this mouth-watering dessert in a pottery casserole that can go right to the table. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or sweetened whipped cream and dig in.

Ingredients

Filling

  • 6 cups assorted fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)
  • ½ cup

Method

Heat the oven to 375° F. Make the filling. Place the berries in a large bowl. Combine the sugar and cornstarch in a small bowl and stir into the berries. Stir in the lemon juice and rind. Spoon fruit into a 2-quart baking dish or a 9" × 9" baking pan.

Make the crumble. Combine
