Using a wooden spoon, thoroughly beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl. Then add the flour a little bit at a time, continuing to stir. Lastly, add the butter, which you have melted over a bain-marie. Put the mixture in a baking pan greased with butter and dusted with confectioners’ sugar mixed with flour or bread crumbs. Garnish with the almonds and pine nuts.
